Cormier suffered an injury to his shin and spotted limping at a wrestling tournament last week, per Fox Sports.

Cormier (17-1) was set to fight Jones for a second time on April 23 in Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. Neither Cormier nor the UFC has commented on the injury. It’s also unclear whether Jones (21-1) will remain on the UFC 197 card.
A flyweight championship fight between Demetrious Johnson (23-2-1) and Henry Cejudo (10-0) is slated as the UFC 197 co-main event.
